I am so grateful to Tracie, Lauren and Clif of Honey Biscuits and HB Kitchens.
The kitchen I was operating from was being closed and I had nowhere to turn. God put HB Kitchens in my path, I met with them and was able to continue catering and I didn't miss a beat!
The wonderful thing about the crew of Honey Biscuits is that they mentor me to be all that I can be as a caterer. I appreciate the guidance. They show me the sky is the limit and they keep me encouraged.
They are so helpful, and often times Tracie comes into the kitchen and helps us prepare for our events. I shutter to think what Madine's Catering would be without Honey Biscuits and HB Kitchens. It's good to know there are still some wonderful people in the world that are willing to help others get established.

Again I am grateful for Tracie, Lauren, and Clif of Honey Biscuits and HB Kitchens they are God sent!

 Dear Tracie,
When we started That’s My Dawg Hot Dawg Carts in late 2008 it was the first of many
steps towards operating hot “dawg” carts in Maryland. After all the classes, health
department inspections, licenses, custom equipment, insurance and selecting what food
we would offer there still remained the task of locating our commissary. We opened our
doors officially in 2009 and since selecting Honey Biscuits as our commercial kitchen I
have been very pleased with the services you have provided.

Your professional equipment, flexible hours and courteous staff have filled our need
perfectly and I look forward to a long relationship together.
Thank you for all your efforts!

  Sincerely,
  W. Stanton

I would like to say THANK YOU! I have had this crazy dream that I wanted to own my own business for as long as I can remember. Not realizing how hard the process of it all would be, I started the process in 2005. A year after I moved here from Denver. It has been hard, long, time consuming, a lot of road blocks, sweat, and tears, but most of all a lot of HARD WORK !
We had been trying to find a kitchen for years. We found some that would charge us more than we could afford, even found one that we could use but not keep our food in the refridgerator WHAT
that made no sense to me at all. Then I called HB Kitchens and heard a pleasant voice on the phone. I could not believe the positive things the voice was saying to me. It was so different from the things we had been through before I honestly thought it was a scam. But we came down to take a look and I was SURPRISED and SHOCKED to say the least. I signed up that day!! And I have no intention on leaving. You all were true to the words spoken on the phone and have such a helping spirit. I finaly feel like I can share my ups and downs with someone else in the business who can understand my frustrations, celebrate my success, and show me how to be a better caterer. I could not believe that you would come to one of our events to mentor us. That meant the world to me to have someone there to correct us and help us do things better than before. I am thankful for your vision because it has helped Immaculate Cuisine stay in business and continue to push past all the things caterers go through because we have watched you all handle things with grace, integrity, and great character. Thank you for being our friends, our listening ear, and for allowing us to be apart of the HB Kitchens. I know that Teneya and I feel at peace and finaly feel like we can grow beyond where we are all because we have a safe place to flourish.
