hb kitchens is a cost effective answer for food service entrepreneurs. We hope to help businesses launch and grow without the overwhelming initial investment. hb kitchens provide fully licensed, professionally equipped commercial kitchens that are available for rent on an as need basis. Each kitchen can be tailored to meet your specific needs. To rent an hb kitchen, proof of business insurance is required, along with business license and permit for food business. The kitchens are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a first come first serve basis. Kitchens can be reserved for one time use, by the hour for the holiday, cooking classes or festivals. Recurring time slots are also available for the entire month. That includes storage for rentals of 80 hours. hb kitchen staff are on site and all ServSafe certified.
Each kitchen is equipped with:
- Stainless steel prep tables and storage racks
- Prep and three compartment sink
- Standard oven
- Convection oven
- Six burner stoves
- Refrigerator
- Freezer
- 20 quart Hobart mixer
- Deep fryer
